There was a film once. Like all – well, maybe not all, but most – great pieces of art, it wasn’t appreciated in its own time. It was called Mera Naam Joker and it was dedicated to that one principle that all practitioners of performing arts hold as gospel – THE SHOW MUST GO ON

‘The Jokers’ Project’ is the name of my own music channel, and it was started in the spirit of that joker who lived for his art. I like to collaborate with musicians of different tastes and genres to make music. We, at the Jokers’ Project, believe in art. We live for our art.

Teri Yaadon Mein: (Feat. Manisha Swarnkar – Sand-Artist)

One of my recent works featuring the first female sand-artist of India Mumbai – Manisha Swarnkar. This project is more than just a song to me.

Bholey Cutting Kara Le:

A Hariyanvi Pop song written by Vijeta Dahiya, that went viral on youtube and witnessed 2 lac views in two days.

A project that went viral on youtube and was ranked 28th by youtube in top trending videos Globally. A stop motion movie depicting the college life of an engineer, the back-ground music being my contribution to the project.

Dilli Re:

One of my personal favorites, arranged with my band Ibteda, written by Abhishek Sachan, the stop motion video for this song has been made by Anshul Aggarwal and Manisha Swarnkar.

The Holi Anthem:

Again one of my band’s projects, shot and edited by Sarthak Varshney.

The JOKER Track (Original song by Shankar-Jaikishen, feat movie Mera Naam Joker):

Again one of my personal favorites, I composed this track when I was 17 years old.

Dil Sambhal Ja Zara Cover (Original Track by: Mithoon):

Tell you what, go to my channel on YouTube (or SoundCloud) and check out my all projects, I mean if only you’re reading this, which means you probably liked my work.

Here is a collage that Anusha Venugopal made as a tribute to all the Jokers who have been associated with me in my journey.
